Starbucks - Eagle

Ordered a turkey, provolone and pesto sandwich. Took a couple bites and was only getting bread and pesto. There was only filling on half the sandwich. Bread was hard in most areas.

Dietary restrictions: I ordered a Chocolate Strawberry Creme Frap with almond milk and no whip.

This is the second time I have visited this location in the last month. Again not a very friendly staff. I waited 20 minutes and had to ask if they had forgotten my order. Which they had. They made my order and still got it wrong by not giving me the 2 agave sweeteners I asked for. They seemed very concerned about the drive thru. Dont forget about your walk ins. We matter to.

She should be promoted, and I hope Starbuck's never takes people like her for granted- for it is there unique individuality that Starbucks can offer such amazing service to begin with. Thank you Jillian, for everything. You demonstrated a cool, calm and collected demeanor towards the unruly attitude of a guest- and I amazed with your professionalism. Stay beautiful, and never allow anyone to upset your day.
