This is my first visit to this restaurant, and I found it to be quite impressive. When I arrived, the place wasn't crowded, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, I can describe this restaurant as fantastic. The decor is lovely, and the food is delicious as well.

I experienced the worst service I've ever encountered in Australia. There was no greeting when we entered, and the staff seemed unfriendly. Their treatment of us compared to other guests felt very inconsistent, and it appeared to be racially biased. Is this how they treat Asian tourists? If so, it damages Tasmania's reputation in tourism. This is very disappointing!

I encountered a discriminatory issue with the service during my visit. The waiter was unfriendly towards foreign customers, which left me feeling quite disappointed with the service at this hotel.

No service. we waited in the foyer to sit for 10 minutes to dinner while the staff rushed to even walk around us, nobody realized that we were even there. a little sad that it was a very quiet night. reminded me of 'faulty towers ' so unorganized, not even disturbing! we gave up the road.

Not many places to eat in Eaglehawk Neck but this place has a great view. The menu was standard cafe flair but could do with a review. The menu is a bit pricey. I ordered fish of the day $23.00). It came out quickly and it was tasty. I particularly liked the salad dressing. The coffee was acceptable. The staff on the other hand seemed a bit overwhelmed despite only being 20% occupied. The decor needs an overhaul immediately.
