The food is excellent, with a standout dish being the kebab and chicken-donn mix served with fresh nan bread and a garlic sauce. While it may not be great for your breath, it is definitely satisfying for your stomach.
I have never been disappointed by this restaurant. It is a must-try in Southall. I highly recommend the kebab wrap and the lambdonn. You cannot go wrong with these two dishes.
The flavors were great. The only issue I had was that the chili sauce was too spicy.
Imo the best huh donner and kebabs in west london. long established when they are in southall, they must try it! delicious! only one warning the chili sauce is very hot, so they have some water near if they can't handle the sauce, the "original ' shahi nan, which is earlier on the bridge opposite southall station now oppposite southall police station. the other two are similar, but I always go to the original!
We come to the actual ‘Bridge Walleh’ family, whose branch is now located on 88 High Street opposite Southall police station. Having moved here last year in February 2020, they initially tried their hand here at opening a buffet restaurant to take advantage of the 3-storey building they had acquired, only to find that their customers were interested in one thing and one thing alone: their signature kababs! As such, they reverted back to doing what they do best. With a hygiene rating of 4, and a spacious layout of 40 seats, perhaps their single most important decision recently was to take that step of finally bottling their iconic chilli sauce, that’s freshly made on-site, for commercial purchase. Truth is a point of view, but authenticity can 't be faked. Well, that 's true of The Shahi Nan Kabab on 88 High Street. With the 'Bridge Walleh ' owner 's son now running the show here, both the kababs and the famed chilli sauce were as close to the original as memory serves. Given the quality of their perfectly textured kababs, the £4.60 price tag of their Large Kabab Roll (3 bar) was easily justified, with that addictive chilli sauce finally available for purchase 50 years later. Better late than never!
