Morrisons - East Ayrshire

Extremely poor selection of sandwich, cakes or scones. The service is extremely slow, especially since they changed from self service coffee. You now have to wait in 2 queues 1 to pay and 1 to get your hot drink. If you order hot food it takes ages. It has the potential to be better if it was managed properly.

Went on Sunday morning with my partner for two breakfasts.The food did arrive pretty quick but that was the only plus about our visit.The food was barely warm and the plate was cold.Your toast if you could call it that (lightly coloured soft bread) came lying on top of the breakfast and no side plate to spread your butter on it.You now have to go up to a counter and queue to get your hot drinks.It is now a barista style counter that wasn't that hot either.We used to visit Morrison's cafe regularly but this has definitely put us off.

Been here a fair few times. It’s cheap and cheerful. It’s not going to deliver the best food but it’s always decent enough especially for breakfast. Last time I was in the staff was coughing like mad when they brought the food out which was off putting.

We popped in here for the first time in a long time and what a mistake it was. We went to the till to order and pay as self service wasnt working, we were asked what table number we where and had to tell the woman that all the tables were dirty and were covered in dirty plates, etc so she had to ask the staff to come out and clean every single table. Then we explained there was no plates at the cake selection so we had to wait until she went and got some clean plates, we went to sit down and we had to wait 30 mins for our food and once it came, it certainly wasnt worth £25. We then witnessed a group discussion about how to clean a messy table, is it really that difficult? And a few people sent there food back, we should have but we just left what we couldnt eat as some of it wasnt cooked properly. Service was a joke, definitely not covid friendly and we will never be back if this is normal service.

Food very average and unfortunately lukewarm, the cafe was not that busy so the service should not have been so slow. It filled a space.
