Feedback gevenMy friend and I visited last Saturday. While sitting at a table I dropped money without realising. I returned today to enquire if any notes had been found, the staff asked where I had been sitting and roughly how much had been lost, they returned the amount I had lost. They would not accept my gratuity I offered, as they were not allowed to do so. You should be very proud of their dedication to duty and their impeccable integrity. Please convey my thanks and admiration to them all.
She completely blasted the life out of my milk. Completely overheated it and tasted burnt. If the service already hadn’t been so slow, and I wasn’t in a hurry, I would have asked for it to be made again. Please give your staff proper barista training. The carrot cake was good though.
I had a delightful breakfast at a restaurant in Kilmarnock. The staff there were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going back.
My family and I recently had lunch at this restaurant and I cannot express enough how impressed we were with the exceptional customer service provided by Vicky. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcomed. She went above and beyond to accommodate our requests for my sons' meals. We will definitely be coming back to dine here. It's refreshing to see that there are still people who truly understand the importance of excellent customer service. Thank you, Vicky!
Only had time for a quick coffee between buses, but the service was very slow, and left us short of time. The coffee was good, just unable to relax and enjoy it.
