Feedback gevenI have visited this restaurant several times and the fish is consistently good, always freshly cooked with a crispy batter. The chips are made from real potatoes rather than store-bought. The staff is a local family. However, the overall value has decreased significantly and I have not returned since the change.
Best fish and chips within a 50 mile radius. Stumbled upon this wee chippy on a stravage with seven children in toe and the German Shepherd The shop owner couldn’t have been lovelier even offered some liver pate as a treat for the pooch. Would...More
One of the most welcoming fish and chip shops in Ayrshire, this family-run establishment prides itself on making everything fresh to order. Their delicious battered sausage and spicy curry sauce are standout items. The chips are cooked to perfection and the fritters are particularly delectable. The batter is crispy and light, avoiding any greasiness. Despite its small size, this place is full of flavor and charm, thanks to the delightful and cheerful mother-daughter team running it.
We have recently been very disappointed in fish and chips around the UK but the Wee Chippy fish suppers were excellent. Also they were served in cardboard not plastic boxes. Highly recommended.
Just had 3 amazing fish suppers from this brilliant chippy takeaway. Ordered one normal supper and 2 x small suppers none disappointed and value for money!!! Fish and chips were bone dry no grease to be seen. We will definitely make the 23 miles trip again, absolutely well worth it. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be making a return visit VERY SOON. Highly recommend
