Papa Johns Pizza - East Cleveland

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at this restaurant. My delivery driver only came to the door after I tipped him, and then informed me that the owner was on site when I shared my dissatisfaction with the undercooked pizza that had very little sausage on it. I had spent $22.00 to avoid driving under the influence and hadn't eaten Papa John's in over ten years. When I contacted the owner, he said he would send another pizza, but it arrived undercooked in the corner of the box. I was embarrassed by the poor quality of the food. I asked for a refund and told them I did not want another pizza that evening. When I sent the owner a picture of the pizza, they did not seem to care. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company and doubt I will ever order from Papa John's again.

This restaurant deserves 0 stars. I was given a pizza with bad chicken that smelled and tasted off. When I called to complain, the owner accused me of lying and told me to bring the pizza back for him to try. However, when I returned to show him, he refused to try it and denied me a refund. This restaurant does not listen to customer complaints.

Received two pizzas. i've attached pictures. one had raw dough and unmelted cheese, and the other was missing half its cheese because it slid over past the crust and onto the box. they also forgot the sauces i paid for. disgusting.

Ordered garlic parm wings and received these dark unflavored wings instead. The flash made them lighter than the really are. The pizza was sloppy. Ordered half the works and half pepperoni, the pepperoni half had veggies on it. Disappointing

They sent me a burnt pizza. Why would you even box the pizza if it was burnt!
