The Galley Cafe' - East Devon

Visited after a sea swim on 18/10/20 with a group of friends and ate the halloumi wraps. All of us were blown away with how delicious the wraps were and all agreed it was one of the nicest things we had all eaten. Looking forward to another this weekend. Great choice, service and location!

During a day trip, we stumbled upon this cafe and decided to have lunch. The staff were extremely friendly and all necessary social distancing measures were in place. I ordered sandwiches filled with tuna salad, cheese salad, and local crab, all of which could be served on white or granary bread or baguettes. We also got a side of chips, which were perfectly cooked and not greasy. The food was well-packaged for us to take to the beach. The ingredients in the sandwiches were fresh and flavorful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at a reasonable price.

We discovered this hidden gem with a wonderful view. We arrived early and enjoyed delicious freshly made sandwiches and great coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful (thank you for the parking tip). We will definitely be returning as promised!

This restaurant is absolutely beautiful! We arrived early, around 9am, and decided to try some sandwiches. I ordered the tuna sandwich and it was delicious, with moist tuna on a fluffy and tasty bread. We had planned to return for dinner, but we got caught up paddleboarding and couldn't make it. We will definitely visit again when we're in the area, hopefully tomorrow.
