Feedback gevenI have been to costa many times and I went today and was served by flo and she was so lovely and sweet and helped me choose what drink i want and convinced me to get a costa card. I’ve never had such a lovely experience so shout out to flo!
Went in for a toastie or sandwich and saw there was very little food. Literally three sandwiches. I asked if that's all the food they had and they said yes. Apparently their manager is off sick so no food orders are being put in. Very strange! Why hasn't the area manager taken control of this situation? There was only one other person in there and I can see why. Hardly any sweet things either. I was hungry so went elsewhere.
