Mcdonald's Restaurants - East Dorset

We ordered delivery from this restaurant and it took nearly an hour to arrive. We had to direct the driver three times as she got lost trying to find our house. When the food finally arrived, it was all cold and tasted like reheated McDonald's. The ice cream was completely melted. We will never order delivery from them again.

I ordered from McDonald's through the app and it was delivered by Uber. Unfortunately, it arrived late and all the food was cold. The fries were only half full in the cartons and the milkshake had melted and become runny. I had ordered the food while feeling unwell, so I was very disappointed with the quality of the delivery.

This restaurant is easily accessible and convenient when driving into Poole. There is usually parking available. The coffee is good, but the food is not up to par. The place looks worn out and the food quality could be better. It seems like the food has traveled more miles than my van. How difficult is it to keep an egg in a sandwich?

Absolutely horrible, couldn’t even get a simple order correct even after I told them what was missing and very rude staff.

We were left at one side of the drive through whilst a number of other cars arriving after us were able to place their order and move through the queue. We were asked to wait a number of times. In the end we drove through without placing an order. We asked to speak to the manager. When he finally arrived. We explained what had happened. He asked one person in the back of the car to speak up because he couldn't hear him. Further into the conversation the manger told him not to shout at him. At no time were any of us rude to the manager but he had obviously been in this situation before. We left without buying any food with no apology from the manager. We asked if the staff member handling the drive through could receive further training. We were told no. Very disappointed with the treatment from this branch. We bought a meal from a different company. Will not return to this branch again. Would not recommend this branch to anyone else.
