The whole experience was fantastic. We were a group of 31 people that came in, ordered drinks (separately), some having starters and desserts and everyone having a main. The starters came out first (obviously) and the rest of the group were jealous that they didn't order. The rest of the group didnt wait long for their mains after the starters came out and those with starters were served their mains last. We could see the pizzas being made in front of us and around 30 pizzas came out within 5 minutes of each other which was a feat in itself. I don't know how a restaurant works on the inside but Piadizza has it covered. The serving staff were great and made serving to so many people look easy, the food was tasty and the bill was very reasonable for the food we got. Thanks Piadizza for a great evening! If you’re a foodie this place is an absolute must. It’s the only place in town where you have an impressive choice of gourmet ingredients to really tailor your pizza or burger..and it’s really great value. Starter was incorrect but I accepted it anyway as the young server guy looked embarrassed. Then my Main was given to another person in my party as the server said it had olives on it. I did not order olives. This person took a bite and confirmed it was the wrong pizza as there were no olives on it, so the server took it from her and gave it to me. A bite removed and teeth marks included. I asked for a discount and was told I would get it. Instead they remade my pizza, and then a different server told me it was the other customer's fault as the original server DID NOT state olives, yet 15 people heard him do so? 2nd mistake. So finally got my main 2 hours and 15mins after arriving when most of my party had finished eating. Totally tasteless. Most bland pizza ive had hence I was asked if I wanted a box to take it home as I had left so much. The customer is apparently always wrong here even though others witnessed. Wrong starter and charged full price and waited longer than anyone else after being served a bitten pizza?? Never again!! Update... thanks for the insults. Very mature response. I dont mind mistakes but it was the attitude and that it was mine and my parties fault when it was not that makes this so poor. And we only paid for drinks individually as we were given the option to! Again, not our fault! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40
