Dukes Blues N Bbq - East Dundee

I ride the fox river trail multiple times a week, and have always rode past Dukes, smelling the wonderous fumes coming from the smoker every time. But last week I decided to stop in in finally. First off, duke and his team are some the most personable and knowledgeable people in food service I've ever come across. And then I tried the brisket and pork sliders. Good god. Duke deserves a Nobel peace prize for his creations. Best sauce I think I've ever had. 100 customer for life here.

What a cute place!! As soon as we approached the line, I am assuming it was the owner, literally walked around and shook everyone's hands that was supporting his business. Adults and kids! . I just thought that was super awesome. There was live music right next to it, living up to the name. We could smell the BBQ walking thru the parking lot. So good! We decided to go with the brisket sliders and pulled chicken. Both were so good! The brisket literally fell apart. Both were served with a bag of chips and Cole slaw. We also got a side of cornbread that was tasty. We had bottled water in the car, but they don't serve drinks so something to keep in mind. Be prepared to wait about 15 min for your order. Guest in front of me was a little impatient. Try them out!!

If you haven’t had this BBQ, stop what your doing and go put your order in. Call ahead cause they sell out. The brisket is the best I’ve had hands down. I’ve been all over the country, especially the south. This is the best, juiciest, flavorful bbq I’ve tasted period. Don’t even get me started about the sides. The owner is awesome, coolest dude around, loves his customers and is always happy to see you. This is not a fancy restaurant, it’s out of a train car and that is soo cool and unexpected. Not looking for a discount Duke, I’d rather pay for quality.

We have served duke for lunch in our company. best drawn pig and brisket I have eaten in my whole life. the sides were also delicious! they came all the way to deliver to sycamore. I also think of future family celebrations.

We had Duke's cater a party and the food was outstanding! Several people commented that it was the best brisket and baked beans they's ever had! Everything was delicious best BBQ in the area!
