Dunkin' - East Ellijay

We decided to pick up a dozen donuts to have with coffee. The donuts were no where near fresh and down right stale. We took one bite and threw them away. Thanks for the memories.

I was not aware this wasn't a 24 hour dunkin. That being said I get there and the person at the counter was not trained at all. I ordered a latte and 2 donuts. I specifically said which ones I wanted and after I get to the car they were not even close to what I asked for. Not to mention absolutely stale. And so I let that go. The Latte was luke warm at best and was absolutely not fit to drink. So I will only stop at the Dunkins in Jasper from now on.

Ordered dozen donuts @4:11 p.m. today 4/14/2024 through the drive thru. 1st of all, once again no Boston Cream! So ordered 6 blueberry, 3 chocolate frosting and 3 glazed. 2 of the glazed was a sticky wet mess, the 3 chocolate frosted no fresh. Expected better as I paid $13.99 plus tax and almost half were very disappointing. Tried taking survey with information on receipt, but lead me know where! Store is located in Ellijay Georgia #350603. I won't be going back there!

Staff didn’t acknowledge me walking in at all. Staff was in deep personal conversation. I had to walk to the drive thru side and ask for help. She said yes and continued their personal conversation. I told her I wanted a dozen donuts. Before I could tell her my selections, she kept conversing with the other girl. I would’ve walked out if these weren’t a gift. I was frustrated and interrupted her and ask her to please get my donuts. As soon as I made my selection, they continued their conversation. I paid and left. The lady who walked in after was treated the same way. They never acknowledged her and she walked out. Check your cameras 4/12/24 5:15 to 5:35pm. Very poor customer service!
