Muffin Break - East Geelong

I had a terrible experience. I waited for over 15 minutes for my cappuccino and bubbacino. I was standing around with my baby for the whole time at my hips, not a worker noticed. there was a very short and insincere apologise when I pointed out her mistake very gracious, I could add! there was no offer of a refund or other refund. I don't care how busy you are, a decent apology is at least what I would expect for such a bad service. I never go back. don't bother with these youngs.

I enjoy a latte there from time to time. The muffins are about average compared to most muffins elsewhere.

I love my coffee and the Muffin break is where I always buy my coffee, their medium is more like a large and the large more like a jumbo but at regular prices. Plus they do a loyalty card as well. Meals ie snacks are a bit pricey they need to rethink that if they wish to increase sales as the compatition on a lot of their items is cheaper. But their coffee delicious not like Starbucks or so called award winning Maccas coffee which is bitter, Muffin breaks is mellower and smoother in other words good coffee, try it.

Unfortunately not a friendly place to purchase coffee. Most of the staff didn`t smile I felt I was a nuisance rather than customer.

Always used to love this place, but my last visit was disappointing. Muffin was not that fresh and topping only a fraction of what it used to be. Yes there are more important things in life, but for what it's worth not up to scratch.
