Manager Brittany if that is her real name and staff working today 3/11/24 is very rude and unprofessional. I would never return back to this location. They have no customer service skills.

These restaurants nowadays is very disappointing. You pay all this money only to get half your items. You call to complain just to get someone who DON'T CARE about your situation or your frustration. Getting corporate involved is just a waste of time because it's all about the almighty dollar. Riddle me this.... I get chicken nuggets only 2 looked fresh the others was dark brown hard as if they didn't have enough so THEY said lets just cook 2 just to get the order out. The chili was supposed to be a large but I got a small with no crackers nor chili sauce as requested. Some of the beans in my chili was so hard I could've have broke a tooth. Come on Wendy's all the money your making off your customers, this the thanks we get. TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER.

The parking lot is ridiculous!! I had to sit for 10 mins to wait to back out because the drive through line blocked me on! Just had to ask an employee to put on gloves multiple times while she was handling food.
