Feedback gevenThe elderly woman who served us was unfriendly and seemed to disregard our concerns completely. It was a terrible experience. To make matters worse, my chicken bowl was 300 grams lighter than my husband's, which is a significant difference. It felt incredibly unfair.
The food quality at this restaurant was quite unacceptable. My wife's burrito bowl had an entire ladybug in it, which she immediately stopped eating. Unfortunately, she still ended up getting food poisoning afterward. It's difficult to understand how anyone could justify serving food in this condition.
I will not be ordering from this restaurant online again. Each time, my order has been incorrect. There's no way to get it resolved by contacting the restaurant, as you can't speak to anyone on the phone. I'm stuck at work and can't fix my $20 burrito bowl. I ordered double sofritas but didn't receive them, and I requested light rice, extra black beans, and extra salsa, which were also missing. Additionally, the chips I ordered were stale. If you don't oversee the preparation, you're likely to end up with a wrong order. I genuinely feel ripped off.
Extremely disappointed in the quality of food lately. Meats have been undercooked nor do they have anything in stock. Ever since Julian left this place it has slowly gone down hill. Wish they could bring the spice and flare back to this location!
This one one of the better Chipotle I've been to. Staff is always friendly. They don't try to skimp on servings. Online orders are usually perfect.
