Website says open til 10. Arrived at 9:30 and the singular employee left saw me, turned the lights off, and walked out and said “yeah sorry we close at 9:30”. Very disappointed.

Yummy. Serving Bliss and Hersheys flavors. Only 8 and Almond swirl NonDairy options. Sweet staff!

Place is really going down hill. Advertise dairy free soft serve everywhere, never have it. Shake machine doesn't work and they are always very disorganized. Writing this because it would be great to have you guys back on your game. We have faith!

They offer 24 flavors of soft serve. After waiting in a short line of about 6 people for 15 20 minutes, we get up to order and after telling them what was wanted, we are told they only have chocolate available in soft serve. MAYBE a good idea would be to put up a sign on your list of flavors or anywhere visible to let people know that you're out of 95% of your flavors, that way a 5 year old doesn't choose a flavor and then wait patiently, only to be told they can only get chocolate(which this particular 5 year old doesn't like). Next, I chose a hard ice cream, which of course, they were out of and I had I change my choice as well.There is a sign that says there's a charge for paying on a card, so I offered to pay in cash, but was told they are out of $1 bills so they wouldn't be able to make change. So, I guess I'll have to pay with my card and take the charge then since it is impossible to pay another way.This was only our second time here, but the first time we also left with disappointed, as we had a person who was unable to have dairy that was looking forward to the almond milk ice cream that was advertised, but of course the machine was broken and they didn't have it.We absolutely will not return to this location. We actually went to go to Clementine's, but they were very busy, and since we didn't want to disappoint the kids who were looking forward to ice cream, we chose DH on the way home. But... still ended up with a disappointed kid.

Feel that we have given this place a fair shot visited multiples times this spring and fall and have been disappointed for the last time. They are frequently out of flavors and don’t update the signage. One visit we asked the girls to actually tell us what flavors they had in stock. We attributed this to being end of season. However this season has been even more of a disappointment. Milk shakes are made very inconsistently, and I got a scoop of ice cream that was literally served to me like mush in a cup (probably an issue with the temperature of the case) but it was so disgusting I threw it out. It would have been nice if the girl serving it let me know about the poor consistency as I would have picked another flavor. Like most ice cream shops the employees are quite young but a more experienced owner/manager/etc is probably needed.It was a convenient location for us but moving forward will go to Clementine’s, inside scoop or even Newport creamery.
