Nook Coffee House - East Greenwich

Update: I went back after they redid the counter and it looks amazing! Food, atmosphere, etc are all still great! What's not to love about this place? Cute, great products, great owner and staff, plus a slice of small town coffee shop in a busy neighborhood.

The Nook Coffee House is truly a gem of East Greenwich. Everything from the staff to the coffee to the cozy atmosphere keeps me and my family coming here. The rear of the shop is a great place for kids and grown ups alike, with a selection of games to play while you enjoy your coffee and pastry. The front of the shop is a perfect place to bring your laptop for a little change of scenery in your work-from-home job. On top of all of this, Shannon (owner of the Nook) ensures that her business is an active and positive part of the EG community. She routinely showcases local artists, fundraises for local causes, and promotes fellow small business owners. The Nook is by far my favorite coffee shop in EG, and I am grateful for all of the hard work by Shannon and her crew to make is a lovely place to be.

Tried this place for the first time today and was veryvhappy with my coffee. I ordered the chocolate orange latte with milk only, no sweetener and I loved the intense almost bitterness it had like a good dark chocolate. I will definitely go back next time I'm in the area

The Nook Coffeehouse is one of my favorites. Although far from me when I'm in the area, I have to stop it a point. They are an incredible female business with a charming atmosphere and delicious homemade drinks. They offer incredible espresso, and house handmade seasonal drinks, and delicious pastries. I like to try new things when I make the rewarding trek, but I always find myself on the Persephone Latte as well as the maple church Mandel chocolate. You have board games and couches as well as outlets and tables, for whatever your Coffeeshop Vibes are on every day. So much love for this place!
