The only place in Ontario, where I’ve had authentic Newfoundland dressing and gravy. Great options with the fish too haddock, halibut, cod. Highly recommend. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30

Great friendly place with excellent halibut and chips you will find in northern part of York Region. Prices are very fair and have been coming to this place once or twice a week.

I will NOT be going back. I’ve heard great things about this restaurant, but have yet to see why people like it, or continue to visit. From start to finish the whole take out experience was less than enjoyable. The got my order wrong wouldn’t fix it for me, even when I said I didn’t mind waiting for a new fish to be fried up. When I went to pay, I was forced to use their ATM and pay a fee because they only accept cash as payment apparently which wasn’t warned to me when I ordered via phone. I definitely won’t be returning for their sub par customer service and small and disappointing portions. I must say, this is notably the most unorganized restaurant take out order I’ve ever completed. I left feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed, and it completely ruined the meal that I was looking forward to.
