Visit in around 2017-2018 1. Terrible service 2. Food that you can buy in shops such as products like Frys, they sell frozen products. I would rather go home and have it 3. Long wait 4. Unclean workers 5. Bland decor 6. The place has a ego about it…but all I see is tack. Is this place closed down? I swear I heard it was. I’m all for vegan places opening up. But this place is doing nothing good. They’re just rude and unfriendly

This used to be an AMAZING vegan place, the food was simple but great and the sort of thing you have as a real treat. I visited recently with a friend and we were so disappointed. We waited over an hour for our drink, the poor waitress taking orders and cooking asked the owner for help as it was getting busy and we heard him say well I 'm working you 're going to have to deal with it as he was typing away on a laptop. We were told our food would take 15 minutes but it came out just after the drinks and hour later. We could tell the owner was then really over compensating for the wait, we were starving by then so ate the food quickly and left. The decor has become really bizarre, some random items we assumed came from the owners house really out of place and not a relaxing atmosphere anymore. I wish they hadn 't made these changes, it 's such a shame to ruin something that was perfect! The menu is now too complicated, looks like they 've tried to make it fancier when there was no need.

I’m currently having to self isolate due to Covid, however the restaurant deliver and I was very impressed from the packaging to the food itself. I’m by no means vegan and I really would have enjoyed cheese, that said, the burger was the best no meat burger I’ve had in a long time. I have to say it was the best meal I’ve had all week. The dirty fries were were sweet and spicy with just the right crispness. If I’m ever out for lunch I’ll definitely be going here again.

The food at this restaurant was delicious, making it difficult for me to write a negative review. However, I was disappointed when I was informed that the dish I had originally wanted was out of stock and that I could only choose a replacement from the same category. Despite pre-ordering for a specific time due to a full day meeting, I appreciated the text notification. The staff mentioned a 10% discount on my next order, but I have not yet received an email with the code.

We had seen the menu a while back and decided that we needed to come back to Earth to try it out however noticed the menu had changed from before and was now somewhat lacking. Nevertheless we stayed and ordered a burger each. We had to wait forever. The feel of the holistic, tree hugging restaurant was unfortunately ruined as we sat there and watched the male member of staff arguing with the traffic warden having parked illegally outside in his van and then returned expecting us to support the fact he was parked somewhere he shouldn’t be and laugh when he made comments about her doing her job. I asked for some condiments to go with my bland chips and they didn’t arrive. Half way through my meal I had to get up, queue and ask the same bloke as above for them as he had clearly forgotten. As we left the restaurant we saw matey boy again, clearly out delivering food driving like an absolute lunatic. Swerving all over the road at a stupid speed through the town centre. Nobody thinks it’s cool to drive a beaten up van like an idiot metres away from us going about our business. While the look of the place talks the talk, it wasn’t a pleasant experience and we shan’t be returning.
