I'm always ready to spend a little more to support this little business that delivers big coffee and food every time. I love that susan also supports other small businesses by using local bakers, farmers and brewers for their dishes. the only disappointing thing about eco is that it is not open every day.
Incredible selection of drinks, beautifully prepared. I tried the avocado toast with feta and it was heaping with perfectly ripe avocado slices, chunks of feta, and seasoned with pepitas, balsamic glaze and garlic oil. Savory and perfect. I also got an iced wild blueberry matcha oat milk latte. Not only was it the prettiest drink with layers of dreamy colors and sparkles, but tasted just as dreamy with sweet and earthy flavors. Absolutely wonderful!
Always a treat, delicious and full of flavor and love. Mochas are my go to, but can’t help but try each seasonal delight as it is presented to the menu. Not a meat eater, so those amazing sandos and soups haven’t reached these taste buds, but the Buddha bowls, avocado toast, and smoked salmon (because yes to fish for me) are swoon worthy! So many local and/or organic ingredients and tons of love and time go into every item that passes thru that window! Thank you, Eco!
Price of a coffee is insane and the quality was low tasted watered down. Very political atmosphere that was talking openly about the up upcoming recession blaming the last PRESIDENTS administration. HELLO This is 2022.
The food is absolutely incredible! if you haven't tried one of her small plates, soups or other foods you have been seriously missing out.
