Sweet Jean’s Cafe - East Hampton

I ordered for takeout and got the Cannoli French Toast and Country Fried Steak. Both were SO good, and hands down the best french toast I’ve ever had!! Food: 5

I've been there a few times, coffee is always burnt, food is generally good but they rarely get your order right. Some of the staff hang out front and smoke cigarettes yelling rude things to each other. The seating is very cramped and uncomfortable. I would recommend choosing a different place to eat.

Had a great meal on the way back from Mohegan Sun. Our server was very kind and attentive. Best corned beef hash I've ever had! The biscuits and gravy were slamming too. I had the Nonni's Benedict, which was awesome. Nice little gem of a place in East Hampton. Definitely will be back. Kid-friendliness: Good spot for the whole family, very down home and accommodating.
