Feedback gevenThe food was served hot and tasted amazing! We received our order quickly, and the customer service was outstanding. Chris, the team member at the drive-thru, was both enthusiastic and kind. He noticed my dog with me in the heat and generously provided water for her. I will definitely come back to place more orders. The location is convenient, and they’ve never gotten my order wrong!
I work within walking distance and order there frequently. My order is ALWAYS correct and ALWAYS hot. The serving is actually the size as advertised they don’t skimp! Can’t say the same about the location by my house. Excellent service and the inside is always clean.
Went through the drive threw and placed my order. Sat at the window for 5 min. With multiple people looking at me and never opened the window to take payment or mention if there was a problem. Waited an extra few min. And just ended up driving away. I also watched other customers do the same while I waited to turn onto route 10.
It's Taco Bell. It's warm. It's familiar. It's that old nostalgic hug of safety you can run to when your parents are fighting again. This location gives off a type of positivity from the workers inside. I always have to switch out meat options and it never tastes like they half-arsed them. When I hit Extra Black Beans on the app, they give it to you bean-style! I don't know what that means either. But I like going to this one.
We were charged for our food and instructed to park in the spots by the drive-thru exit. There were five other cars also waiting for their orders. After 5, then 10, and finally 15 minutes, none of the cars had received their food. I waited an additional 5 minutes, and after 20 minutes of waiting alongside the other cars, I decided to leave. I reached out to Taco Bell through the app twice to request a refund, but I never received a response. Ultimately, I had to call my bank to get my money back. I will not be returning to this location. It seems like they are trying to artificially boost their numbers by ignoring customers and avoiding having them wait in the drive-thru for their orders.
