Dunkin' - East Hartford

Typically, this place is pretty good, and the long line at the Drive-Thru moved quickly at 8:45 a.m. on a weekday. However, the bagel I ordered was disappointing. I expected a well-rounded "everything" bagel, but it was lacking all the toppings I anticipated. Ironically, it was hardly warmed up at all; commercial toasters usually leave bagels toasted, at least at the edges, but this one was barely heated. It was a letdown! Adding butter made it a little better, but honestly, all Dunkin' Donuts can be a bit overwhelming with their butter and cream cheese spreads.

In my neighborhood, I visited Dunkin' and ordered two simple sandwiches. They mentioned that they hadn't used the grill in a while, so my order would take about 10 minutes. To make up for the wait, they offered me anything that didn’t require the grill at no charge. Now, I have a bagel with cream cheese for breakfast tomorrow. Antonio was really nice too!
