The One Wood Pub - East Hartford

Debbie was a great, the food was excellent, I had pea soup, Rueban, very tasty! Friend had chilidog and FF, loved it. We be back!

This is a great place for an event or a meal for members after getting off of the East Hartford golf course. It is open to the public. The main room is large with floor to ceiling glass windows looking at the greens. There is a small bar but it has all the basic alcoholic beverages anyone who imbibes would want, from beer on tap to premium labels. The buffet food at a late April event was a good balance of starch, protein and vegetables. The chicken marsala was delicious tender, moist and full of flavor. Wonderful owner and staff.

The nachos are 100% ???? wow.. played golf. Greens were smooth and fast. Randomly walked in hoping they had nachos... and yeaooooo!!!!! These were top 3 nachos I've ever had! Plate was huge .. chips were crispy and fresh all the way through somehow. Like even at the bottom of all the fresh cheese meat and other ingredients they were still perefect.perfect.. the bartender was nice... prompt. Didn't miss a detail from the order.. and someone who may have been the Manger was making sure the entire place ran smooth.. place is a gem . ND there's a nice pool table ????

Great food. Ordered the philly cheese steak and it was delicious. Full of flavor. Place is small as it's the restaurant at the golfing place. But food was very good and will definitely eat their again
