A hidden gem. This was my first time visiting PoPo's. The sandwich I purchased was excellent, the bread was super fresh, the ladies working the truck were lovely the menu looks fantastic. I will definitely return when I'm in the area!

My partner and I were driving around looking for a place to grab breakfast this morning. We happened upon this sweet little pink truck and were instantly intrigued. We decided to pull off and give it a try. My partner had a bacon egg and cheese on a roll and a side of hash browns. I had a maple sausage and egg on a croissant and got some hash browns myself. The sandwiches were huge and delicious, but the hash browns were just okay. I 'm taking off one star because, although the food overall was good, after we received our order we noticed that there were two handwritten signs on the truck that read, All lives matter and cop 's lives matter. Whether you believe in these causes or not, political biases are never a great way to help promote a business. It was a little bit of a put off for us.

I absolutely love Popo! She's not only a wonderful person but also an amazing cook. She always has fresh ideas for dishes, and they are consistently delicious!

I absolutely love the food here; it's incredibly delicious! I always have an enjoyable dining experience.
