I really don't eat at or from Wendy's but decided to take advantage of a promo yesterday which required me to add and use an app. That was a cumbersome process but I ended up going inside the restaurant on W 183rd Street and the person that assisted was so kind and helpful, the headache of the app was a moot point. I am sorry that I did not ask the name of the tall, young, African American male because so many negative comments are made about young men who fit his reputation that I think we should make a big deal when we encounter positive individuals like this young person. He helped me navigate the promo and corrected a minor issue with the app order with upbeat and caring attention. He was like this with his staff and other customers as well. I still recall the appreciation and big grin on his face when I told him he was doing a great job. I hope affirmation like that will inspire this young man to remain encouraged on his job and in the restaurant industry.

You have to come to this Wendy’s in the morning! I just had there breakfast baconNator and the way they made it here so fresh and so much bacon was the best one I ever had at any Wendy’s I been to ! And the staff was really friendly and I got my order quick !

I love they evening shift they be getting them orders together also they messed only one of my orders up but the way the corrected it made very happy.

Staff not particularly friendly or professional, food sloppy prepared.
