Management could be making this place a mint with better service; instead, myself and 2 other cars just drove away while the manager on duty stood outside smoking a cigarette talking to someone in a parked car..
Horrible customer service, very slow, waited 30+ minutes with only 2 cars in front of me at peak hour (12pm) just to get told at the window they accept cash only. Something they could have told when I put my order in. Didn’t get any food and wasted over half my work break. Don’t go there if you value time.
Waited in line forever waiting to place my order, then got two orders of mozzarella sticks rhag were rock hard and looked like something I wouldn’t even feed a wild animal
Never had a problem at this location yet. I usually order online and go through the drive thru. My orders have been correct, hot, and taste good. Also download the app to get offers and deals if you think its too expensive. I got 2 original chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries for 6 dollars the other day.
A very poorly managed location. Twice I have had to wait in long queues, burger delivered was cold, order was wrong and once I was overcharged. The server got annoyed when I asked for why they were charging more than the amount listed on their menu. Go to Dunkin donuts across the street if you are really very hungry or buy something from PNC fresh.
