Feedback gevenHaving worked in the food industry myself, I immediately suspected that someone had pulled the chicken filet straight from the fryer without allowing it to drain properly. When I went back to request a new sandwich, I couldn't bring myself to eat this greasy mess. The staff mentioned that the spicy glaze is oil-based, but honestly, nobody wants their chicken covered in a greasy glaze. A glaze should enhance the flavor, not saturate the food in oil.
The fries were fresh, but they forgot the ketchup on my order. The wait time was frustrating—20 minutes for only three cars in line. It was a bit of a hassle. Also, it would be helpful to have a closed sign in the lobby.
It was pretty busy, I give it so much that it was good. I had the crispy chicken sandwich that is all I eat about the bread, and my man and son had the hepper. So I'd have to say it's pretty good for an almost food joint.
It was super slow. I try to understand it, but it would be nice to have warm, fresh food if I finally get it. plus serviettes would be great. something in this load either has to happen new administration or it just has to be shut down and I say sadly.
The drive-thru person did not acknowledge us at all after we gave our order..we sat and waited but he never repeated our order or told us the total..or told use which window to pull up to...first window was not in operation...had huge garbage can inside where a person would stand. When he got to the second window...the guy took a long time to get our money...the drinks came out quickly...the food not so much. We order chicken nuggets and ended up with nasty old dried up jalapeno popper. They were GROSS. This Burger King sucked
