Hunters Fish Chips - East Lindsey

This is our third time ordering from this takeout place since we moved into the neighborhood. Unfortunately, our order today was disappointing. There were a lot of hard chip bits in the portion of chips I received, which made half of it inedible. While the portion size was generous, the quality was lacking. I prefer my chips to be whole, not just bits and edges. I want a good, honest portion of food, not just scraps.

I went to this restaurant for the second and final time and while the fish was good, the chips were disappointingly hard and small. I believe they were just reheated. This was the same experience I had about a month ago, so I have decided not to return. It's a shame because they are open all day, unlike other chip shops in Louth.

The food at this restaurant is decent, but I had some issues during my visit. They overcharged me £1 and also forgot to include one of the items I ordered. Since I live 10 miles away, it's too inconvenient for me to go back and get it resolved. With already expensive prices, this kind of mistake really disappoints me.

We had chippy tonight. Must admit was best we have had Staff lovely very friendly. Chips were great. My son loves there chicken nuggets

Three times visited. Three times the most wonderful chips ever tasted. Every single chip cooked to perfection. Crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy inside all the way from the very first to the last. You can forget ever having had a greasy, soggy chip if you get your chips here from now on. The fish is even better!
