Pizza Hut - East Lindsey

The food was excellent and the staff were incredibly polite and friendly. The restaurant was spotless and the prices were reasonable. We plan on coming back again in the future.

Upon entering the restaurant, a staff member informed me that orders must now be placed through an app. I expressed my confusion with this new system, but was assured it was simple, though I struggled as I am not tech-savvy. Fortunately, another customer helped me navigate the app instead. Unfortunately, I forgot to order drinks and decided not to reorder once I realized. The buffet had tasty pizza, but the salad bar was dirty and bare, so I skipped it. The pasta containers were also empty. Overall, the visit was not pleasant. Due to the app ordering system, I do not plan on returning to any Pizza Hut locations in the near future.

I had a sit-down meal with my husband and two daughters. The service was fabulous, and the manager went above and beyond for us. The food was also incredibly tasty. Thank you!

Absolute garbage Wafer thin pzza (sorry base with hardly any topping only tomato. paid almost £40 for this rubbish Which most ended up in bin

Decided to place an order on a Saturday for the first time over the phone.Wasn’t given a time when the meal would be ready to collect.From past experience they normally say 10 but I waited 30 minutes before I went to pick up my order.Arrived to collect my order and it wasn’t ready,was told by the member of staff I was told it would be a 30 minute wait (which I wasn’t),and as I asked for it to be well done it would take longer to cook.They also said they was busy as it’s a Saturday.With respect they was busier no busier than on a Tuesday when I normally order.I had to wait an extra 10 minutes and the staff member came across as rude as if I was causing a problem and didn’t apologise .I will be phoning up twice in the future before picking up my order.Once to order and the 2nd time to check it is ready to be collected.Take note if you order over the phone.
