Oh no. What has happened to this restaurant? We have been regular diners here for years whenever we are in the area. Today was our first visit in a while, and we were disappointed to see that the dine-in option has been removed and the quality of the takeout has declined. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. What caused this decline in quality? Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The fish and chips at this restaurant are consistently delicious, and the staff is lovely. We opted for takeout for dinner, and the prices were very affordable at £1-10 per person. The food and service both receive top ratings of 5, while the atmosphere is a 3. Highly recommended dishes include the Cod and Chips and the Take Away Fish and Chips.

Our cod and chips (2 for £16) was freshly cooked and was absolutely delicious. I had no objection to eating them out of a cardboard box in the restaurant as we would have eaten them that way on the beach if it wasn’t blowing a hooley outside. I haven’t marked the restaurant for atmosphere it’s a chippie, but it was very clean and I’d gladly go there again if I was in the vicinity.
