The Hide At Herons Mead - East Lindsey

We visited the Hide several times during our recent stay at Herons Mead. We had break, dinner and also called just for drinks. Each visit we were met with the same warm friendly atmosphere, created by Sammy and the team. The food is beautiful and reasonably priced. We would definitely visit again even if we were just passing through.

We popped in for coffee during the week and were impressed with what we saw, so we decided to book for Sunday lunch. The food was excellent and the staff were great. We've already booked for next week because we really enjoyed the experience. Everyone was so friendly.

Great place for food my breakfast was excellent and served quickly and efficiently by the lovely bubbly Sammy who was so helpful and obliging. It’s cosy, exceptionly clean. tastefully decorated with all the condiments on the table you could wish for. The pot of tea with matching cup and saucer was a delight just like at home. I had the cooked breakfast and wow was this good the optional Boston sausages were so tasty. Everything was affordable and not overpriced If you want a nice ride out or are passing and want good freshly cooked food I highly recommend this eatery I can’t wait to try the evening menu!!

This restaurant is a hidden gem. We had breakfast on Friday, dinner on Saturday, and breakfast again on Sunday. Everything was excellent, freshly cooked, and the staff were all warm and welcoming. I highly recommend stopping by and trying it out.
