Chipotle Mexican Grill

I'm not sure what some of these critics are talking about. I find the portion sizes of the bowls to be just right. Maybe they're used to larger servings. As a delivery driver in the area, I often order lunch for myself (I work out, and the $11.70 chicken shell I get is perfect for my macros—70g of protein for 1200 calories) and I also order from here nearly every day. It's surprising that the employees are consistently friendly to me, especially since some drivers can be rude, just like a few disrespectful customers. Those who give this place a low rating really need to take a step back and reconsider their perspective.

I don’t understand what some of these adult “kids” are complaining about. I think the portion sizes of the bowls are just right. It seems like they’re used to enormous portions. Even though some drivers can be rude to the staff, as can some customers, I’m pleasantly surprised that the employees are always really nice to me. Those who rate this place poorly could certainly benefit from relaxing a bit and maturing.

This restaurant was bustling with activity, with a line that nearly reached the door. The staff, including many kids, worked diligently to keep everyone satisfied. Unfortunately, there was a delivery driver who believed he was more important and was demanding the manager's attention, insisting on compensation without just cause. The manager handled the situation with grace and professionalism. She refused to compensate the driver and firmly explained the situation while ensuring that all orders were fulfilled in the order they were received. Although they occasionally ran out of certain items, the team quickly rushed to restock. I gave this restaurant a 5-star rating because my 15-minute wait for my order was never dull. The staff worked hard to keep up the flow of food, and all employees were helpful and treated every customer equally.

My first time with a Burrito bowl and it was amazing! Staff were so helpful and informative. I even have a discount at the end for it being my first time with a bowl and got it for free. So an amazing experience beautiful and clean place!

Spicy spicy spicy compared to other locations. Mobile ordering on the app never goes smoothly here. Order never shows ready until they decide to update it hours later. So it’s always a crapshoot if I’m getting my mobile order close to on time or not. Trash always overflowing in the dining room.Food: 1/5
