Frigo Foods - East Longmeadow

I'm truly shocked by my experience at this location because I'm usually a fan of the one in Springfield. I've visited this place twice now. The first time wasn't bad, but during my second visit, my stomach is still in knots as I write this. You absolutely have to serve fresh chicken cutlets! I can recognize a three-day-old cutlet when I see one. Today, I ordered a sandwich, and it was microwaved, leaving it light pink on the inside and incredibly tough! It felt like it needed to be tenderized with a sledgehammer! I love Frigos, but come on, East Longmeadow! Let's do better. XOXO

I ordered lunch for my team, and everyone enjoyed it! I also picked up some beef tips for dinner, and they were a big hit. The sandwiches are generously filled and offer excellent value for the price. They do get quite busy, so you may need to be patient with the line, but the staff works hard to keep things moving quickly. I highly recommend stopping by for lunch, or even grabbing something for dinner. It’s truly a one-stop shop!

Without a doubt, this is the best Italian food in the area. If you're a New York transplant living in Western Massachusetts and craving a good Chicken Parmesan sandwich, this is the place to go. They may call it a grinder, but it’s still amazing! The staff is friendly, the Italian dishes are delicious, and the meats and sandwiches are fantastic. I highly recommend trying the classic Italian sandwich with oil, vinegar, and fresh mozzarella.
