Pho Delicious - East Longmeadow

We stopped in for lunch and tried the pig with rice, beef pho, and lemongrass soup. The beef pho was delicious and flavorful, but unfortunately, there wasn’t enough of it. I ordered the extra-large size but still found myself wishing for more beef and noodles. The noodles were all stuck together in a clump, and I had to spend some time separating them manually. It seems they may cook and portion the noodles ahead of time before adding them to each order. Even though that was a bit frustrating, the pho itself was very enjoyable, as was the rest of our meal. I would definitely return.

I recently discovered a fantastic new Vietnamese restaurant and I couldn't be more impressed! Coming from Boston, I wasn't sure what to expect, but their Pho is truly exceptional! It has a wonderful blend of spices that are easily noticeable, and the noodles are cooked to perfection. The vermicelli bowl with grilled pork was also delightful; the pork was marinated just right, providing a wonderful burst of flavor when combined with the vermicelli noodles. This is definitely my go-to Vietnamese spot whenever I'm in Western Massachusetts!

During our visits with family who live nearby, we had a wonderful experience both with the food and the service. The self-built spring roller plate was incredibly delicious and made dining interactive and enjoyable. The meats were juicy and well-prepared, while the vegetables were fresh and crisp. Overall, it was a unique experience that we all thoroughly enjoyed.

Ph. Virgin is my favorite dish and the one she at Ph... Also the atmosphere is great and the staff was super polite. Will definitely go back.

Went out here once for takeout and the food we got was amazing. My boyfriend and I just got back from Vietnam and were really craving Vietnamese food and this place hit the spot. I’m going to be honest, I don’t go to a Vietnamese restaurant for the service, I go for the food. Lower your service expectations and just enjoy the food because this place is legit (not saying this about this restaurant, just Vietnamese restaurants in particular). The service we got here was good, however, we didn’t do a sit down meal. We got the egg rolls and rice vermicelli with grilled pork. Both were excellent and definitely coming back when we visit again!
