Borrelli's Italian - East Meadow

We were just at Borrellis Trattoria for a bridal shower. Conveniently located at Hempstead Turnpike right in front of Meadowbrook Parkway, there are plenty of private parking. We had a spacious half private party room, but the tables were somewhat crowded. The food was good and our server worked very hard to please everyone. Clean bathroom. No complaints.

Food was excellent. Service good also. Price is average.

Pizza was phenomenal! Staff was great! Trisha behind the bar was extremely friendly and welcoming! Mark who I believe was a manager was also very welcoming! A very family centered restaurant with great food! Highly recommended

Borrelli has been a staple in East Meadows since the 1950s for good reason. The famous pizza is a must-try, and I was not disappointed. The margherita pizza was baked to perfection with plenty of sauce and fresh mozzarella. The prices were fair and the atmosphere was very friendly, making it a great spot for families or groups. I also enjoyed the live music on weekends as a nice bonus. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating was because my dinner felt a bit rushed. I understand that restaurants need to turn over tables, but since we ordered a bottle of wine, I expected to be able to sip and enjoy it at a leisurely pace. However, the staff seemed eager to bring us the check even though there were empty tables available. This is something that the staff should be reminded of to ensure a more relaxed dining experience for all customers.

This Italian restaurant is my go-to spot, and I have never been disappointed with my experience there. There is plenty of space and the service is always excellent. I especially love their warm bread!
