Jersey Mike's Subs - East Mesa

Visited location for sandwiches. Great quality of food and service!

I've been spoiled with places like Potbelly so keep that in mind when reading this review.This place is good but it's not gonna blow you away. If you want a real quality Italian sub go to Potbelly. They offer extra toppings like artichoke hearts which even if Jersey Mike's offered that as a topping, it still would be a lesser quality sub if that makes sense. If Potbelly was as close to me as Jersey Mike's, I would never go to Jersey Mike's again. I come here because the location is more convenient for me.

Terrible service, have not gotten greeted once when entering this Jersey Mikes location. I get great service everywhere else so not sure if it’s a management problem or an attitude problem via workers, they are very rude. I have even been laughed at when entering this location and engaging in conversation with other employees. Won’t even give their own employees employee discounts. Just overall a terrible location with bad service. Don’t know what’s going on but hope they figure out their situation.
