Phoenix Marriott Mesa - East Mesa

I’m definitely coming back to Delta by Marriot whenever I’m in Mesa. The staff were very nice. Room is clean and updated. It has everything I need. Love the free water. They even let me check in early since my flights got here early. Thank you!

Sorely disappointed. Ceiling started leaking in my room causing me to almost fall in the bathroom. Concierge stated he could provide towels to clean up. Lack of concern for client’s safety is evident. Additionally the room smelled of mold and pee. At no point should I have had to threaten legal action to get a response.

I was very impressed with this hotel! The rooms were clean and overall great service.

Though, I haven't personally stayed there, I have visited several friends there over the years. Large, clean rooms with excellent AC and beautiful views of downtown Mesa.

Clean, comfortable rooms. The added cost of the high floor rooms was totally worth it for the free pantry access. Be able to get coffee, breakfast, a snack, and dessert all included in the room cost. There is a basic restaurant on the first floor. Nothing fancy but good options. The service was very friendly at the front desk and in the bar/restaurant. It was within walking distance to the Mesa Arts Center and some places to eat which was a bonus. No need to fight with the ridiculous parking for the center. The only downside was the shower curtain needed new grommets or replacement and the tap leaked all night. I highly recommend staying here and will happily do so again.
