The Palace - East Moline

The wait staff needs training we have been there 3 times, they do not acknowledge you and once you get your food you never see them again. The pizza is usually great, today it was so dry we could not eat it. No pizza sauce for some reason.

Wow, they have really turned this into a show place. Our food was excellent and you can actually get a meal at a more civilized hour (not easy in The Q.C's since The Pandemic). The outside seating area is amazing. I can hardly wait to enjoy a band there.

Excellently remodeled, food was phenomenal, prices were reasonably priced for the food you were served. Staff was very prompt, polite and friendly. General management even came out to say hello and listen to how pleased we were with everything. All wait staff was willing to do a group picture however I waited to long to ask and they got extremely busy. Amazing outdoor patio and band stage for live entertainment. The restrooms were in excellent condition and beautifully decorated. They did an amazing job with this place even the ceilings were top notch! I highly recommend going here to eat and enjoy the new atmosphere if you haven't. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Heard about how nice the remodel was so came to try out the new experience on Sunday June 19th. The place looked great and liked the new outdoor patio area, where we sat. Unfortunately the service was awful and the food was just ok. They were not very busy, I finally went in and grabbed some menus after a long wait, finally after a waitress came, we ordered drinks and food. Drinks never came so I went in to the bar where I waited for the bartender to finally notice me after a while, the drinks had been sitting on the bar the whole time, wine in plastic Solo cups, first time ever having wine in Solo cups. After getting drinks myself, the food came and never saw waitress again , waited 15 minutes after eating and finally went into bar again to ask for check and pay. Extremely disappointing Experience, don't plan on going back!

Such a drastic change from the last time I visited The Palace! Service was a bit slow, but food was decent. Fried potato salad seemed to be popular with our group. Burgers are well done and a bit dry, ask for medium. The homemade chips were good though. The atmosphere and the remodel are nicely done.
