Feedback gevenThis Dunkin' Donuts is just like any other. As someone who works in customer service, I've noticed that they're understaffed and need more help. This issue has nothing to do with the staff, who are always friendly and pleasant. The problem lies with the management, which seems to prioritize profits over people. They overwork the staff, who are paid very little while management rakes in large salaries. They really need to do better.
I used the drive-thru, but it wasn't clear where the ordering window or microphone was located, as there were no clear markings. I ended up at the pickup/payment window without having placed my order after waiting in line. However, the staff were friendly and promptly took my order.
I've had a terrible experience every time I've visited. The staff has a rude attitude, and they often get orders wrong. The most frustrating part is the way they treat customers; it's really disappointing to see such behavior.
For some reason nothing tastes right from this location. Coffee tastes Burnett, they don't follow directions, the food doesnt taste right, and makes me sick, idk what it is but its only this location. . Tho I did get a good cup of iced coffee once. Itwas heavy on the cream but still good.
I occasionally have a tough experience at Dunkin'. I order a regular coffee, but the staff doesn't seem to get it right. It often tastes bitter and lacks sweetness, which I really dislike. Service rating: 1/5.
