It was also a fantastic value as we ordered an omelet, breakfast sandwich, and 2 (not so great) coffees for less than $24! Great place! Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast
I deleted my orgional review. This is the best bbq pulled pork around. We have been here several times recently, and it has now become our favorite. You can not go wrong here. The pulled pork is amazing. It does come with pickle slaw, which is good, but I prefer a cole slaw. If you want Cole Slaw, just ask for it. Also, wing night is a must. Blackberry bbq is fantastic and goes great to dip your fries. The smoked brisket is tender and tasty and the Philly steak is yummy. You can get battered fries or fresh cut.
I’ve been to A LOT of bars, but Roadhouse is hands down the best bar I’ve been to. I’m considering moving to this town just for this bar and the folks that frequent it. Gonna miss y’all!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
I took my Mom and aunty here for lunch. The dining room was literally full of flies. I have never been so bothered by house flies in a restaurant. It was actually pretty gross. I had completely forgotten that I had been there once before about a yr ago and had the same experience, except it was much worse this time. I figured they probably had the kitchen doors propped open and sure enough as we were leaving we could see that a front facing door was propped open. They had one of those generic screens over the opening but we all know that doesn’t work. And the proof was in the dining room. If there were that many flies bothering us in the dining room I can’t imagine how many are in that kitchen landing on all the food and surfaces. I feel sorry for the servers who have to deal with it. You folks really need to take care of the fly problem. It’s gross. I won’t ever eat there again.
Absolutely rotten steak for $22. Got a strip steak to go and when I got it home I could barely cut it. Half of the steak was gristle fat. Wife got a salad with giant rings of onion. Asked for no tomato as well but there were tomatoes on the salad. Mac and cheese tastes boxed and artificial, same with the potatoes. The only thing I can say is what bit of the steak I could chew actually had good flavor. Not at all worth more than $10 let alone $22. Which is sad because I always remember roadhouse as being one of my favorite places to eat before it burned down and moved.
