Ordered the Family Package: Chicken-Leg Thighs didnt receive rice or beans. In a week span this is the 2nd time they mess up my oder.

Rice was undercooked and the lettuce tasted like it had gone bad

I ordered the barbacoa/birria plate, which comes with rice, beans, tomatoes, cilantro, and onions, along with fresh handmade tortillas and both green and red salsa. I usually get the double plate because one serving is enough to feed two people. It’s very filling, and I often save my second plate for later in the day.

I was quite disappointed with my meal. The carnitas were dry and overly crispy, quite different from what I expected. Additionally, the driver left my lunch outside the door and didn’t call to let me know it had been delivered, despite saying they would.

I ordered the 8-piece meal, but I only received 6 pieces. Additionally, I asked for tortillas, but they didn't come with my order. The packaging wasn't great either. However, the flavor was good.
