Girl at counter couldn't understand me as her English wasn't good. She also spoke to softly to understand. When i asked for a small cup of water with my order she rang it up as a beverage that was nearly four dollars. I caught it and clearly questioned if i was being charged for a water. She then appeared to be correcting it and then rang it up as a bottle of water for the same price. I had to again state clearly that i wasn't paying for a cup of water so she deleted it and handed me a small water cup.I ordered regular wings and instead got what appeared to be various sized boneless nuggets. I clearly stated I just wanted regular chicken wings, so my order was wrong as well. They did however get the flavors correct as i ordered the two hottest they had. I was however impressed that i actually for once found a place that serves truly spicy hot stuff that was actually spicy enough for me. For that I am giving a better score than I would. Also although so many mistakes were made the cashier was at least still friendly and not rude so I didn't score as low as I would've. I doubt I'll go back to that location but would possibly try another in the future.Vegetarian options: Don't go to a place that specializes in selling meat such as chicken while looking for vegetarian diversity. There's a few non meat items such as fries and veggie sticks and water and soda if that mattersParking: Shopping center parking. Tasty food.?? Great wings and fries. They are quick to prepare your order. I usually get delivery so I appreciate how they bag the food with stickers.?? They always forget something. It’s either you don’t get the ranch (which is probably the most important thing) or they’ve even forgot the cheese on my cheese fries last time.?Wingstop, East palo alto

We waited over 30mins for our food. The staff was slow, confused and unorganized. Multiple people left the queue because they were sick of waiting and on top of that we even got the wrong food. The food was okay but not worth the wait, the money nor the visit.

We usually always order takeout, and so far we haven't had any problems, in fact on some occasions they have given us some extra boneless ??Parking: It's very easy to find parking nearby!
