I would rate it 5 stars, but one of the employees (or possibly a former employee) misinterpreted my friendliness as interest in him, which was quite unpleasant. What a nuisance.

The best pizza restaurant in the East Patchogue area! Mario, the owner, genuinely cares about his customers' well-being. The food is delicious, and the restaurant is exceptionally clean. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I called last week to place a catering order for six trays of food and was told they were busy and asked to call back. Trying to be understanding, I called again tonight before the dinner rush, but the person who answered informed me that the manager required me to come in person to place the order, despite my offer to pay with my credit card over the phone. I've ordered from this restaurant several times before, so I find it hard to believe that taking down an order, calculating a total, and processing payment is such a difficult task. Having worked in various pizzerias and restaurants, I can't comprehend why a customer would need to come in just to place an order. It feels like this establishment either doesn't value repeat customers or is doing so well that they can afford to turn down a $500 order that could have been handled in just a few minutes. I've encountered problems with being overcharged at this restaurant on two different occasions. The first incident involved them refusing to honor an online promotion they were advertising. I had to look it up on my phone, and even when I showed it to them, they still tried to argue about it. The second time, I ordered a buffalo pizza that was supposed to cost $28, but the menu clearly listed it at $20. This was during the pandemic when other restaurants were offering great deals. To make matters worse, the pizza was small and did not taste good. On another occasion, I ordered their weekly special, and after a long drive home, I found that the pizza was hard and nearly ice cold, as if it had been sitting out for two or three hours. I've had enough of this place. The interior is also quite uninviting; it feels more like a storage closet than a restaurant. I wouldn't return here even if it were free, as they consistently disappoint.
