Chipotle Mexican Grill - East Peoria

My wife and I were back from carbondale and it was late so we were the online order. When I arrived there, the pickup was very easy, but...if I came to the car to check the order, the chips and Caso-Dip were not in the pocket. I went back and they ran out of chips. they gave me an 800 number to get a refund. my only complaining is that they didn't tell me when I picked up the order, if I had waited to check the order after I had come home, I would have to call and go through extra steps. Just make sure they check the order before they leave the load when they always takeout.

Rude staff, dirty tables, made of drinks and vegetables. many employees to requir or remake it, but no obligation of personal. I have to ask for everything twice or three times to make it a normal part. this place was good at a time, no more. the personal must be trained for a good customer service.

Absolutely love chipotle tried the new Guajilo steak and ive unfortunately with food poisoning (I intermittently fast and eat nothing else all day) it is isolated to my stomach and the doctor said 100% it is food poisoning. be careful at this place, I am not sure whether food safety practices are up to par. I probably go over the river from now on to find chipotle.

Huhn was cold and hard. the tacos were badly done. shells seemed old. the guacamole looked old and did not taste as it usually does. the food quality has gone downhill. will not be back

Love Chipotle!! Unfortunately this location has some issues and I would not recommend. I was there before 8 pm, a full 2 hours before they closed? they were out of multiple items on the options for your burrito or bowl and had no one cooking or working to make up for these deficiencies. There was at least 5-6 different workers present and yet the store was dirty with many tables that needed attention. To top that off they sold the people in front of me fountain drinks without telling them that the fountain drink machine was not working and their only real option for a drink was lemonade. Dine elsewhere!
