Ordered a delivery order 1/13/24. I had gotten a BLT, the bacon was discolored and brown. I called the store wanting my money back. I was told they could give me a $5 credit. When I said my sandwich cost more than $5, the manager responded with well the BLT cost $6.09 so it 's only like $1 difference. I asked if she would be okay getting less back for something she paid full price for. I told her I didn 't want in store credit I wanted my money back, she told me I would have to call Tuesday(1/16/24) to speak with the GM. So I called Tuesday, asked for the GM, when the GM(Madison) got on the phone she said what 's up and I had to ask if it was actually the GM and her name. I told her the situation and she told me she could not give me my money back since it was from a different day. I asked for the area supervisor to call me and I still have not received a phone call.Also when I reached out to the feedback on the website I have gotten the run around. Told to call the store since it 's franchised and that they could not help me with anything. So that 's cool.
Took over an hour for the while thing. They only scheduled one driver!! Why do that knowing your gonna be busy?
This place does not have subs so fast youll freak. Prepare to wait 30 or 40 minutes for a delivery. We live one mile from there store and thisll be the last of my business. All the food places in east peoria suck after 6 o'clock pm
Despite having bread in the store, they refused to sell me bread.
