Feedback gevenI went to a less busy time and service was great this time. I had to ask for refills on sweet potatoes, but they quickly brought it out. It was my birthday Burger and I love them to do this! They forgot to put my karmalized onions on my burger, but they brought me something out. I think the burgers have shrunk in size, but still tasty
The staff was great of welcome at the door and during our visit. Very attentive.
Yesterday evening for dinner with the family. There were five of us. The hostess welcomes us and says I can find a table for you. Then she was and the other hostess, one was older and one was younger, both of which went past us twice after the first greeting. They then meet at the Hostess station after we stood there for 8 minutes to say for them Waiting for a table will be 45-60 minutes.... I'm sorry, no hard feelings and then went on to talk to the next people in the line who had two people. Then I had to hang them up and put me on the waiting list. And her answer was, but waiting is an hour, you really want to wait an hour. I'm not sure who trains these people, of course who is responsible, doesn't know how to run a restaurant or train people in simple customer service. I'm not back to this place. Awful staff.
Would like to rate this place higher, the food is very, very good. But the people who work there offer the worst service. The waiting staff does not seem to be motivated to work hard and earn money. This is also not based on an experience. We went at least 5 times or more, and the ONLY time we had good service when we sat at the bar and ordered by the bartender. It is a shame because again very good food, but service is the worst. This was a problem of pandemic and is now even worse post pandemic.
Food and service was very good. Their onion rings are some of the best! Our server was very attentive to our needs. This restaurant really needs a face-lift! The rugs we're really dirty and the seating was coming apart. It could use a good cleaning.
