Starbucks - East Peoria

I like the many options you have when you decide to order. If the drive thur is busy I just go right in and pick-up. Food and drinks always made just the way I like it hot and taste good.

Line backed out to main road...terrible Drive thru situation,really disrespectful to customers. If they're gonna close their in store pick up, they should let customers know before they place a mobile order and sit in line for 45 min. They should have a staff person dedicated to walking orders out if no one is allowed in. Until you get your customer service worked out, I won't be going to Starbucks.

Very good experience! The coffee was very good. The lemon loaf seemed a little stale, but, at least I got one. They used too many points though, shouldn't have let them. But, all in all, a good visit.
