Choice of BBQ menus, cook it your self with friends and the fun begins. Add Korean Beer & Soju to the mix and with the guidance of the staff a great night food adventure takes place.
I went to the best Korean restaurant in Brisbane even though the price was much better in Brisbane. The food quality was much better in this restaurant.
This is a nice Korean restaurant with good ambience and service and most of all, the food is delicious. We had the BBQ and the meats were very well marinaded and delicious and so were the condiments. We also tried one of the hot pots and it was delicious. We will definitely be back.
We had been meaning to try out this restaurant, having walked by and seen it packed to the rafters after checking out the menu, so we booked ahead for a quiet(?) Saturday night and were led through the menu by the charming waitress who gave us the heads up to try the banquet, probably to save our embarrassment of ordering the wrong things. She fired up the barbie in the middle of the table, as we were eating the entrée dishes which were small but quite tasty, and then we did the cooking ourselves as our meat and vegetables came out.We think we did a reasonable job of it, and the proof is the restaurant is still standing and open for further business. This is one restaurant where you cannot blame the chef if your meat is too rare or cooked to death, so keep an eye on your side of the barbie!Good selection of wines and beers here to, and the desserts are a killer to round off a really good experience. Yes, it was a little expensive, but a lot of fun for something different, and they even provide knives and forks for useless chopstick users like me.
A group of us had a lovely korean BBQ lunch. Part of the group tried the lunch time specials and the other half tried cooking their own Korean BBQ at the table. I had the chilli Chicken and rice lunch time special which was quite spicy and had a chilli hit. It was delicious. My meal came with rice and a salad. My husband had the chilli pork and rice lunch time special . Those that had the BBQ thoroughly enjoyed their choices of Wagu Beef, Duck and thinly sliced beef marinated in a soya based sauce. The BBQ came served with rice, pickled cabbage, pickled bean sprouts, potatoes in soy.We could not resist trying the deserts. I tried the expresso Pannacotta which simply melted in the mouth. My Husband had the Banana spring roll and others in the group tried the Belgium Waffles. Each enjoyed their selection. The staff were friendly and helpful with very good service. The prices were quite reasonable. We all had a great time and we would definitely go back again.
